Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website and Last Marble TV Publisher (“the app”), a private desktop tool that the Last Marble TV creator uses to upload Last Marble TV's own videos to Last Marble TV's own social media accounts. The app runs only on the creator's own computer. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's account.

Information the app accesses

When the creator connects one of Last Marble TV's accounts, the app receives, through each platform's official API and only with the creator's permission:

YouTube (YouTube API Services): the channel's ID, name, handle, profile picture and subscriber count; and, for videos the app uploaded, their processing status, privacy setting and public statistics (views, likes, comments).
TikTok: the account's open ID, display name, profile picture, profile link and public statistics; the posting options TikTok offers the account; and the status and public statistics of videos the app posted.

The app also receives OAuth access tokens so it can act on the creator's behalf. It never receives or stores passwords.

How the information is used

Only to upload Last Marble TV's approved videos, to show the creator which account is connected, to confirm each upload's status and privacy, and to show the creator how the videos perform. The information is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Storage and security

Access and refresh tokens are stored only in the macOS Keychain on the creator's computer.
Account details, upload records and statistics are stored in a local database on the same computer.
Nothing is stored on any server operated by Last Marble TV.

Sharing

Information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. Data is sent only to the platform it came from (for example, a video uploaded to YouTube is sent to YouTube).

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its tokens from the Keychain immediately. Local records are kept until the creator deletes them. Access can also be revoked at any time:

Google / YouTube: Google security settings. Stored YouTube API data is deleted within 30 days of revocation.
TikTok: in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Children

The app is not directed at children and is used only by the Last Marble TV creator.
