1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to Last Marble TV Publisher (“the app”), a private desktop tool used only by the Last Marble TV creator to upload Last Marble TV's own videos to Last Marble TV's own accounts on YouTube and TikTok.

2. Who may use the app

The app is not offered to the public. Only the Last Marble TV creator may connect accounts to it, and only accounts that the creator owns or is authorized to manage.

3. Platform terms

Using the app with a platform also means following that platform's own terms. For YouTube, that is the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. For TikTok, that is the TikTok Terms of Service.

4. Content

Every video posted through the app is original Last Marble TV content, reviewed and approved by hand before it is published. Last Marble TV is responsible for the content it posts and keeps all rights to it.

5. No warranty

This website and the app are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Platform features and limits may change at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Last Marble TV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the app.
